dspic30f6012A bootloader found but write fails

I dont know what issue i am facing.I have configured oscillator and uart;I have checked uart in appplication
The issue i am facing is ia cant able to uploade hex file ,but the bootloader detection is happening.

Dear all,

I have found the solution.Some configurations are done wrong that's why.
I have upload my project as reference it may help someone as like me.

RC2 pin is used as switch control for bootloader/user application.
I have also added loop to check bootloader for only 13 seconds after
which it will go to user application.And the switch RC2 condition is checked only 
during power ON condition.
