You usually don't need to make the application aware of the boot loader.
You should not check "don't write goto at 0x00" under the advanced tab.
Which compiler do you use?

* Remove #org flash_max-321,flash_max-1, void bootloader(){}
* Uncheck "don't write goto at 0x00"
* Activate debug mode
* Download
* Post result
