Old GUI [abandoned]

Hi

I justjust dwnloaded the new ds30Loader software, to modify the software on an application I made last year. I get the "fw version timed out" error. I guess the bootloader version is too old?

The problem is that i really can't update the bootloader any more, so I wanted to ask if the GUI from last year is still available to download somewhere.

Hi,
The GUI is backwards compatible. Although I haven't tried it, it should even support the very first dsPIC30F firmware that was released in 2008.
Are you sure that you use correct settings? Do you reset the unit properly prior to pressing the write button?
