I would recommend you to first try a different baud rate.

Downgrading to ds30LoaderGui 1.3.14.0, ds30loader dll 1.5.0.0, seems to have fixed my problem.

You might have got the wrong settings with the new GUI.
It stores it's setting in a different location than the old versions.
