New Devices [solved]

I have had occasion to add a couple of new devices lately (16F1829 and 18F25K80), but had to keep editing the devices.xml file until I found an unused device ID.

Is there an easy way to find this info?

Perhaps another node giving the highest or next Id to use in the file would help (I know there would be issues of overwriting when you issue an update)

No there's no easy way (for you). The preferred way is to ask me about support so that it's added in the next release for all users and also to avoid id mismatch as you are aware of.
