problem writing .hex in flash "unknown response"

Hi,


I'm having this output from debug mode when I try to write a .hex on my usb host 2.1 (hobbytronics).

 Briefly, I push the "write" button and then connect the gnd and vdd pins to let the program find the bootloader.  How can I solve this "unknown response" problem?
